Rail drills - core (ring) drills with soldered tungsten carbide plates are designed for drilling holes in all types of railway rails: Р18, Р24, Р43, Р50 and РP50, Р65 and РP65, Р75 and РP75 for butt bolts, couplers, choke jumpers and butt connectors.
Bohre rail core drill bits with brazed carbide plates have a Weldon 19.05 mm shank. These drills are designed to be used as cutting tools with modern portable rail drilling machines.
